GIFTED AND TALENTED ADVOCACY COMMITTEE (GATE-AC)

GATE-AC aims to provide grassroots advocacy for gifted and talented children, whose needs are often underserved.
Our mission is to:
Raise awareness of the educational and psychosocial needs of gifted and talented children.
Provide support to parents by offering networking opportunities with other parents, professionals and resources in the community.
Establish a cooperative partnership between parents, teachers and administrators.
Work to continually improve gifted and talented education, so as to meet the special needs of our children.
